psn back up online today

Earlier today we gave you the good news that the PlayStation Network had started to come back online in certain regions. The US is all up and running but at the time of writing users in parts of Europe including the UK are still waiting. Now that PSN is back online we are wondering if you have had problems with PS3 3.61 update.

When you first try and sign in to the PlayStation Network you will have to update the systems firmware. But we have had a couple of emails from our readers saying they have had some problems downloading the software.

The firmware update is mandatory and will have to be installed if you want to use the PSN service when it is available in your region. If you have never downloaded any content on the system, you will receive an email after you first try and sign in. Users will be given a link so you can reset your password, once this has been done you will be able to access your account using the new password.

This will be good news for the millions of PS3 owners wanting to get their fix of some online gaming. Have you had any problems downloading the 3.61 firmware update?

activison hopeful playstion up before new map pack

Activision said on its quarterly earnings call last night that the ongoing PlayStation Network down time would result in the loss of high-margin revenue for the publisher.

It added that it was "hopeful" Sony can restore the service soon, at least before the planned launch of the Call of Duty: Black Ops Escalation DLC for PS3, which is believed to be scheduled for June.

{Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg said (via Seeking Alpha): "With regard to the PlayStation Network issues Sony is facing, we are hopeful that they will be up and running as soon as possible.}
"We're planning on launching the Call of Duty Escalation content pack for the PS3 later in the quarter and I'm hopeful that this situation will be {resolved} by then."

{Sony said yesterday the PSN might not be fully operational again until May 31, six weeks after it was first taken offline.}

{Assessing the outage's potential cost to Activision, chief financial officer Thomas Tippl said: "For the June quarter... revenues will be down versus the prior year, due primarily to a smaller product lineup and the expected loss of high-margin revenue due to the temporary the PlayStation Network shutdown".}
Fellow third party publisher Capcom said this week that the service down time has cost the firm "hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars in [lost] revenue", but it added that Sony has been "as transparent as it probably can be" with its business partners about the situation.

no psn till next month ?

The Sony PSN outage is enough to no doubt send many of you “over the edge” with news of when it will finally resume. Since the PlayStation Secure Network went down on Wednesday 20th April, we have heard nothing but if’s and but’s from Sony as to when the service will finally come back. Following on from the PSN being hacked and then personal information such as credit cards, names and addresses of users being subjected to being tampered with, people have been left with a “bad taste in their mouths.” Today news may change gamers minds even more, with a view to changing over to Xbox to get their gaming fix.

Reported from Inentertainment.co.uk via Gather.com, the news is bleak! Rumor is now indicating that gamers will have to wait until at the least the 31st May to have the service back up and running. This actually would tie in with a post we issued a week ago indicating the self same thing. Gather.com have reported that the PSN has a target of “May 31” to come back online.

Just over a week ago, Sony held a conference giving its customers a huge apology for the downtime, news of a “Welcome Back” campaign along with suggestion that they were indeed trying to fix the problem(s) with a view to resuming the service within the following week. Unfortunately that time has been and gone and if the news does end up with some truth in it, many of you will be saying a “few choice words.” Take a look at some of the other posts we gave you the weekend.

We told you that Sony is looking to entice customers with a new “debix” protection data service which is free until June, and just last night we told you that rumor has it, Sony may be retailing a PS3 Call of Duty: Black Ops package for $299.99 to entice customers to come back to them.

Are you ready to jump ship now? Have you had more than enough or are you prepared to wait? The big question is of the timescale customers have had to wait, is it justified? Let us know your thoughts.

New Xbox console on desks at EA

The successor to the Xbox 360 console is on desks at an unnamed Electronic Arts studio, Develop understands.
The new hardware, sent to EA last month, is a very early build with no casing – it is in fact being stored inside a PC shell.
EA developers are getting to grips with the tech to create first-generation software, Develop has been told.

“Quite often when new consoles come around they’re packaged into a PC shell, but actually what’s inside is an entirely new console,” a senior, trusted, well-placed source said.
Microsoft has declined to comment. EA has declined to comment. Develop’s source is not employed at either company.

The platform owner had advertised new job vacancies such as Graphics Hardware Architect and Performance Engineer for the Xbox Console Architecture Group.
Microsoft’s new hires will be “responsible for defining and delivering next generation console architectures from conception through implementation,” the company said.
The language of the job vacancies suggested a reveal for the console is years away, but Develop’s source says a shock reveal could be weeks away.
“Why let Nintendo steal the thunder in June [At E3]? It doesn’t want to lose momentum. That’s why I think Microsoft is rushing to make an announcement at E3.”
It leads to suspicion that key next-gen projects are underway at Microsoft’s own internal studios. Some project names Develop has seen would suggest a change of guard.

Specifications for the device are not available, for now. Develop understands that the hardware will feature enhanced support for Kinect with just a couple of alterations.
Over 52 million Xbox consoles have been sold since the system’s launch in May 2005.
Microsoft’s innovative motion controller, Kinect, launched November last year and has buoyed the console’s appeal.
Ten million Kinect units were sold worldwide as of March this year.
“Kinect will keep the 360 going for a couple of years, but Microsoft knows that if it slows down now it will face trouble,” the source added.

here is the offical post made by sony

Both Kazuo Hirai and Sir Howard Stringer have stated that we will be offering identity theft protection for those affected by the malicious attack on PlayStation Network and many of you may have seen the details of the service available in North America.

As I have explained previously, creating a similar offering for the many countries within the SCEE region is a very complicated process. Each country has a different way of handling identity theft; some offer relatively sophisticated services whilst others are much more modest.

We are currently in the process of identifying how we manage this situation and once the programme is ready to launch, we will provide details of exactly which services are available in each country and explain how to sign up. We hope to do this early next week.

Also, look out for more information on the rest of our Welcome Back programme, including which free content you will be eligible for. We will be offering PSN users the opportunity to select two PS3 games from a list of five, as well as offering PSP users the opportunity to choose two games from a list of four. We will let you know exactly what games are available very soon.

Please be assured that we are continuing to work around the clock to have some PlayStation Network and Qriocity services restored and will provide you with specific details shortly.

As previously mentioned, we’ve been working around the clock to rebuild the network and enhance protections of your personal data. It’s our top priority to ensure your data is safe when you begin using the services again.

We understand that many of you are eager to again enjoy the PlayStation Network and Qriocity entertainment services that you love, so we wanted you to be aware of this milestone and our progress. We will provide additional updates as soon as we can.

Sony giving PSN users ID theft protection service free for a year

To further beef up the security measure of its network and enhance the protections of personal date of its users, Sony has announced today that it will provide complimentary enrollment in an identity theft protection program for PlayStation Network and Qriocity account holders in the United States (similar programs will be available in other countries/territories where applicable).

psn1

The firm said that they have made arrangements with Debix, Inc., one of the industry’s most reputable identity protection firms, to offer AllClear ID Plus at no cost to PlayStation Network and Qriocity account holders for 12 months from the time an account holder registers for the program.

PSN users will receive emails "over the next few days" that will contain promotional code for Debix's service and you will have until June 18th to sign-up and redeem your code. The firm notes that "you will need to sign up directly through AllClearID, not on Sony’s websites, and details, including step-by-step instructions for the program, will be emailed to United States PSN and Qriocity Account holders soon."

The details of the program include, but are not limited to:

* Cyber monitoring and surveillance of the Internet to detect exposure of an AllClear ID Plus customer’s personal information, including monitoring of criminal web sites and data recovered by law enforcement. If his/her personal information is found, the customer will be alerted by phone and/or email and will be provided advice and support regarding protective steps to take. The customer will also receive monthly identity status reports. Debix works with an alliance of cyber-crime experts from the government, academia and industry to provide these services.
* Priority access to licensed private investigators and identity restoration specialists. If an AllClear ID Plus customer receives an alert, or otherwise suspects that he/she may be the victim of identity theft, the customer can speak directly, on a priority basis, with an on-staff licensed private investigator, who will conduct a comprehensive inquiry. In the case of an identity theft, the customer can work with an identity restoration specialist to contact creditors and others, and take necessary steps to restore the customer’s identity.
* A $1 million identity theft insurance policy per user to provide additional protection in the event that an AllClear ID Plus customer becomes a victim of identity theft. This insurance would provide financial relief of up to $1 million for covered identity restoration costs, legal defense expenses, and lost wages that occur within 12 months after the stolen identity event.

More details about the program will be included in the emails that will be sent out by Sony soon.

FIFA Ultimate Team 11 – How To Make Coins, Fast!

My first and most important, tip for the manufacture of coins fast is to do your research before you buy or sell the cards. For example, say you have the Liverpool striker David N'Gog on your computer and do not need it. Instead of discarding it for 300 coins, the first thing to do is a quick search to see the average selling price is N'Gog. To do this, go to 'trade' and then 'Search' and then by selecting Oro, French in Liverpool ST and N'Gog search criteria will appear.

Now flick through the screens of the first and keep an eye out for any recurring prices, paying particular attention to the lowest price. When I did this search N'Gog lowest price was 500, and the most 5000, so I set my price just above the lowest at 600. Sold out within minutes, and I had made double what I would have been discarded.

Simple, but many players make the mistake of inventing a price instead of checking what others are selling the same card, then wonder why no one is buying. I imagine the guy trying to sell N'Gog for 5000 will be expecting a bit more just a few minutes.

The tip of the same applies to the purchase. Before going any precious coins into a player, a couple of minutes to scroll through the pages and find the lowest possible price. Even if you only save 100 coins you would have paid, which will help you make the currency more quickly in the near future, as we shall see in a minute.

Right, now what? Well have to go out and buy some players that you know you can sell quickly for a small profit, and there are some things you should think about here.

Most players search for gold cards, so are those that are more likely to be able to buy and sell in the shortest time possible, given the number of gold medals people of commerce, order to begin your search there.

Selected gold, my next step is to change the League of Barclays PL and this is a very good reason. The Premier League is the world's most popular league by far, and FUT players are much more likely to buy cards from players who know and like a player from another league unknown gold. In fact, not only FUT more likely to buy gaffers Prem players are also more likely to pay a little more than necessary for an insurance card if it happens to be a player that you're a fan of, or one that's been in excellent recent form in real life.

So now we are looking for gold level players Prem, what next? The other factor that gives an outlet for extra cards Pace. All players of the FIFA like to have rhythm in his team, again, these are the cards that sell faster and therefore they stand the best chance of obtaining a benefit.

Now we know what we are looking for we can identify some players and start shopping. This is where we return to the investigation, because now he has to find the gold level players with the pace Prem are sold below the prices as we go.

I know that sounds like a lot of work, but it really only takes a minute to identify a card you buy, then see what everyone is paying before setting up a business.

Once you win the card, immediately send their trade in the battery and put it on the market as a Buy It NowFor slightly above what you just paid, but not much. Therefore, if you signed a player for 400, put it on the 600.

If you have chosen a suitable player and he sensibly priced, you sell, because most managers do not mind paying the extra 100 or 200 coins to get the player right away rather than take their chances in a war tenders.

So now you have 200 coins. There is a huge amount right, but doing this for five players and it is up to 1000 coins in the starting amount.

With 1,000 coins that a player can hire all your money and sell it for 1500 if you follow the tips above - which gives you 500 coins for profit.

Repeat this a few times and, after half an hour or so of trading, you should look at a small profit and have a good amount of coins in the bank. Here is where you can really start making good profits, because the more expensive the player, the greater their talent and popularity, making it more desirable for administrators.

Caro, desirable cards = more profits for you.

Soon, you will buy cards of 10 thousand each and sells for 15,000 minutes later, as long as you stick to the identification of the players wanted and research prices before buying or selling.

And that's really simple huh?

The real advantage of doing your research is that, when they finally sign a player for a big fee you want to use on your computer, there is no risk if you find you do not like to use the player then put it back on the market more currency than you paid. You know you'll do more than they forked out, because you have done your research first.

sony new about Its Software Was Obsolete Months Before PSN Breach

In testimony before Congress this morning, Dr. Gene Spafford of Purdue University, said that Sony was using outdated software on their servers - and I knew months before the recent security breach that allowed hackers to obtain information deprived of more than 100 million user accounts.

According to Spafford, security experts monitoring online open forums learned months ago that Sony was using outdated versions of the Apache web server software, which "was unpatched and had no firewall installed." The theme was "reported in an open forum controlled by employees of Sony" two or three months before the recent security breaches, said Spafford.

Spafford made his comments at a hearing before the House Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade and Industry. Sony was invited to participate in the hearing, but declined to attend. In a letter to the commission, said Sony has added automated monitoring software and data security and encryption systems in the wake of recent security breaches.

"If the evaluation of Dr. Spafford is accurate, it is inexcusable that Sony not only ran outdated software on the servers that contain sensitive data, but the company continued to do after this information was made public"

How to Defend Strongly in FIFA 11

If you are passionate about playing FIFA 11 and want to win more matches, then you should improve your defending skills. That's because even if you are good at attacking play like 'through ball', 'finishing', 'free kicks',passing, etc., you don't want to lose 5:4, but rather win 2:0 or 1:0. So with more attention to defending style of play than attacking, but you should be good enough to score goals in the first place because this article is about defending and not attacking. Defending Style of Play that you must master: 1. Stand your ground and let the opponent make mistake. Because if you stand in his path and don't give him any room to run, he may do a missed pass or he can panic and shoot early. This doesn't mean that you should just stand still and do nothing, but instead you have to anticipate your opponent's move and make your move to go in the line of path of his run. 2. When the attacker is near you, press B (Note: The keys are listed here are not the keyboard layout but the keys on the Xbox controller, so use the appropriate keys configured for the keyboard) to address, time is important here. He has to be at the right distance to make the tackle. If you are new and are not sure of the date and everything, then press B as 2 to 3 times when your opponent is near you. 3. Follow the attacker pressing A LT + RT and press at the right time and in the case of the previous stage. You have to practice and find the right time for these dishes. But do not use too much of sprint (RT) + A, or you may lose too much energy too quickly. Therefore, use appropriate and effective. 4. You can block your opponents' moves by pressing LT and RT constantly, which will help you preventing crossing and passes. This is jockeying. This can also be used when you know that your opponent is going to use "through ball". All you have to do is give control to the defending player who is near to your opponent who has started to make a run ahead, and press LT to catch up with that attacker. 5. You can ask your lawyer or another player near you to join in the defense of the keys B and holding it. You have to do long before your opponent gets near you, otherwise the nearest player will not have enough time to block the attacker. Use this sparingly, because they are doing some open space calling other players near you and if you do wrong, you can pay the price because your opponent can use that open space to move or advance toward their goal. 6. Last but not the least, the sliding tackle. It can save your team in desperate moments but again, you have to use it at the right time. Press X to make a sliding tackle. Don't attack the player and slide on him while doing it. Try to target the ball and anticipate and then make a sliding tackle. As they say, sliding tackle can be spectacular if you time it right, or else you may be looking at refree pointing yellow or red card at you. That's it for now. Enjoy defending and play fair games.

How to Find a Sponsor for Gaming

Game has come a long way in recent years. Before it used to be a pastime frowned upon by parents, and the opposite sex, but now you can make it a lucrative career. It has grown so large companies are still carrying out the marketing potential, and have started to sponsor tournaments, events and individual players.

It is best to keep in mind, companies will not hand out money like candy on Halloween. Companies need to feel they are getting something in return for sponsorship you. It is necessary to approach companies that have some relationship with the video game industry, or more specifically, whose target market is the gaming industry. But also in a more positive note, companies may be very interested in sponsoring the players, and there are those who are actually looking to sponsor, which may seem hard to believe, so that shows how important it is to stand the rest.

There are a couple of routes you can take when considering sponsorship.

1) proactively attract a sponsor is the path where you use your sales skills to convince a company to sponsor them. In this way it can be easy or difficult, depending on the persistence of the individual and his ability to convince a company that is worthy of sponsorship.
Typically, this path is composed of either writing and mailing letters directly to the company sponsored, or contact the marketing department of a company and make the pitch.

2) The marketing of oneself is another method, which usually has the company is approaching it, to represent them. In this way is the easiest route because you do not have to do any work, but it takes a long time to build up the reputation and popularity in the industry for a company to approach someone. This can be done by example, reach the top of the industry for being the best in a particular game title, or this can be done by paying a fee. Some relatively new management bodies in the video gaming community, such as player management, are offering the promotion and marketing of services to teams and players. This can help save time and used as supporting evidence to "wow" one of the sponsors.

3) Another method of obtaining sponsorship is working with an agent or manager. Similar to how a professional sports agent or manager obtains sponsors for their clients, the game industry is beginning to see growth in this area. If you're lucky enough to have an agent or manager to represent and work for you, this is probably the best and easiest way to get sponsors. In return, the agent or manager of a tariff is about 15 to 20% commission for their services. Such bodies can be easily found by a good search terms as "professional gambler agency" or "e-sports agency."

psn to be back online friday 6th?

Well today is the day that the PlayStation Network down the problem had to be confirmed. May 4 is here and the world is still waiting to return to their favorite games.
It seems that the PSN in Japan is back online (these are just rumors), and there were many other areas of hope, but it did not happen. Everything is still here in the U.S. and Europe.

PlayStation Network down the problem seems to have become more difficult when the entire industry violated state property. SOE stands for Sony Online Entertainment.
There is no official update PSBlog May 2, so we are still waiting to hear what is happening with this Agreement. PlayStation Network down on the chatter is crazy, but Sony executives are strangely silent.
The popular belief is that the Playstation network problem will be remedied this weekend but not necessarily true. Let’s keep playing the game to wait and see. There are millions of people who are sick and tired of waiting game well.

anonymous denies involvement in psn attacks

Sony told Congress via a prepared letter yesterday that it found a file on its servers that said we are legion, leading the firm to believe hacker Anonymous was behind the attack which brought down PSN. The group has responded, claiming it wasnt responsible for one of the biggest internet theft cases in history.

If a legitimate and honest probe into credit card theft is conducted, Anonymous will not be found liable, said the group via Venture Beat.

While we are a distributed and decentralized group. Our leadership does not condone credit card theft. We are concerned with the erosion of privacy and fair use, the spread of corporate feudalism, the misuse of power and the justifications of executives and leaders who believe themselves immune personally and financially for the actions the undertake in the name of corps and public office. .

The PSN breach has touched many a gamer, with PS3 online gaming being down for over two weeks now, and theres no clear return date

There May Modern Warfare 3 Announcement Within Days

We have just learned that there could be a possible Modern Warfare 3 announcement within days. This is all just speculation, but rumors do suggest that it could happen sometime this week, if true then people will be going through the motions playing Black Ops, just until the new game lands.

CVG learned via talkSPORT that Craig Fairbrass said that an announcement would be made in LA in May; he’s the guy who supplied his voice to both previous version of Modern Warfare. We have to wonder how much he really knows, and if he would have any knowledge of such an announcement?

Having said that, he did say that he has been involved in work to do with the new game, so there could be some truth to this rumor. He seems to know more than he is letting on, but as you would imagine, has been asked to keep things hush hush. CVG believes that this would be perfecting timing for Activision, as they are due to announce their Q1 2011 financial results on Monday May 9th.

psn back today? doubtfull

PS3 users around the world are praying that the PlayStation Network will be back up on Tuesday May 3rd as previous reports suggested, but it has been feared that the delay may last longer after Sony recently announced two new major bombshells.

In a surprising twist of events, Sony has now said that they have had to close down their Sony Online Entertainment servers, due to a new hack that has been discovered. They also labelled it an ‘intrusion’, but the worrying aspect of this, is that they didn’t announce it at the same time the normal PSN servers went offline, rather a week later.

This leads to suggestions that Sony may have a new problem, and this is backed up by a genuine Sony confirmation that credit card information has indeed been stolen. Remember previously, they were stating that information ‘may’, or ‘ we have no reason to believe’, so this is the real deal now. Here’s a statement from the company below:

”The information from the outdated database that may have been stolen includes approximately 12,700 non-U.S. credit or debit card numbers and expiration dates (but not credit card security codes), and about 10,700 direct debit records of certain customers in Austria, Germany, Netherlands and Spain.”

This passage of text has been taken from an official press release, which you can read in full over at Joystiq. They have since updated their article to inform everyone that this is not a new attack, and is part of the original attack on the PlayStation Network, but with new factors affecting the SOE servers specifically.

What are your thoughts on this? Are you optimistic that Sony will resume service on May 3rd, or not so much after this new press release by the company. 12,700 member’s card information is now in the hands of hackers – we really hope that you are not one of them.

team games or singel player

I enjoy a good game of Call of Duty but I also enjoy a game of Battlefield or Halo. I enjoy these games for different reasons and everyone will have a different opinion. Call of Duty, even if you're playing a team game, is a lone wolf game. Even in Team Deathmatch or Team Slayer, everyone is competing for the kills. The fact that there's a kill limit really increases the competition. In Battlefield the games aren't necessarily based on kills as it is a class based game. The multiplayer is split up into different classes that are meant to perform different tasks to benefit the team. By introducing tasks that don't involve killing, the game turns into something a bit more sophisticated. By not even showing the amount of kills, assists, deaths and kill death ratio, it changes how the game is looked upon even more.

Halo may have games like Team Slayer and Lone Wolf game modes but there are more team based games that are actually team based. Doubles requires a lot of team work to effectively eliminate the other two enemies. In Halo: Reach, with the introduction to jet packs, sprint, evade, active camo and armour lock it creates even more team work, different people who are good at different things need to choose the best load out to achieve their goal. A sniper might choose a jet pack to get to high places or active camo. A player who likes to rush might choose sprint or evade or even armour lock. Halo and Battlefield and other games like Homefront (a game that I have no intention of playing) all have vehicles, something that Call of Duty STILL lacks in it's gameplay.

The use of vehicles creates a sense of team play, especially in Battlefield, one player in charge of something, the other in charge of another thing. Personally the best game that has mastered both of these things is Halo, it has the team work part in some game types and has other game types that suit solitary players but in the end I would take a game that takes team work and communication, like Battlefield, over Call of Duty. It forces you to communicate with other players and actually use a strategy and use your skills to complete the objective. I would love it if games started to meander to the team work side of gameplay but there will always be games like Call of Duty that live on, I can only dream that a team based game will be the next COD killer.

best gaming pc to have ?

When you're thinking about gaming desktop, you're not just thinking about awesome gaming rigs capable of displaying the most realistic visuals out there, but a machine built with every specification to suit demanding applications. Gaming PCs are configured to run the best modern games today, but they can also be used to work in high-end applications which demand a lot of hardware power to run properly. You can use a gaming desktop for a whole array of tasks, ranging from video / audio editing, graphic design, 3D design or any other application which demands a lot from your system's hardware. With this in mind, think about all the benefits you can get from owning such a machine: not only can you game hard, with stunning visuals; you can also work a lot better since it will cut up loading times and improve your work-flow quite a bit.

Usually, such a desktop will incorporate a high-end CPU, with more than one built-in core. These are great for gaming, and are also great for multitasking when your job requires it. Since most applications rely heavily on the amount of information that can be processed, having a powerful processor by your side will improve the way you work by cutting the necessary time needed to get the job done by a decent percent.

You'll be able to run most applications with a quad-core without having to suffer from system halts or choppy operation.

Some of the new line of processors that recently hit the market has come out with the Hyper Threading technology built into them, which allows each separate core to take on two sets of instructions at once. What does this mean for you, the user? Well, in layman's terms, if your system is equipped with a quad-core with Hyper Threading technology, it will act just like an octo-core (just like having eight separate cores on your system).

The same line of new processors also incorporates the Turbo Boost technology which balances the processing power with the power consumption for a more "green" machine. When you need to run games or demanding apps, all cores will fire up to keep up with the application; but when the system is idle, the processor will step down to about 1600MHz to save power and deflate your monthly energy bill.

So having the central processing unit covered, it's time to move on to system memory. True gaming desktop will have plenty of RAM, since it's needed in large amounts for games to run smoothly. The lowest amount of RAM a gaming PC should be having nowadays is somewhere in the range of 4GB. Having this minimum amount will insure the application will run great without glitches or crashes. This is also great if you intend to use your gaming computer for something else rather than gaming.

Graphic designers, for instance will benefit from the added RAM to their systems, since they use applications which do demand a lot from a system, from processor to system memory. It's isn't unusual for them to run at least 2-4 applications at once, so the multitasking capabilities will come in handy.

Find out more about such computers and their specifications by visiting the Gaming PCs page I have created, or the Gaming Desktops under 1000$ if you're more picky about the budget. I have also included quite a bit of info for each spec, so you don't get lost when you decide to upgrade or buy such a system.

The most successful professional video gamers are the ones who trained themselves the most. It is not just about how long you play, but also about which levels and opponents you play. There is no shortcut and easy way to play and win against the best video gamers in the entire world. However, if you want to make a living with this profession you need to play other gamers who have the monetary resources to play in the biggest games.
Mindset skills:
You have to get used to both winning and losing. At the beginning you will very likely face more loses than wins, so you need to be mentally prepared for downswings and loses. Make sure to accept loses well and see it as the chance to improve your skills and techniques in the industry. Playing against other pro gamers on the internet where you bet a lot of money is a very challenging opportunity. Only after playing some decent hours, if not even days or weeks you will get a feeling for your opponent and will have a chance to estimate his state of mind. Most amateur video gamers have no idea about the mindset part of the game, and quit when they are losing or continue playing merely for fun. But a true professional sees every defeat and victory as the ultimate opportunity to move forward.
It doesn't matter if you are playing console, PC, or arcade games because the strategy is always the same. Every professional video gamer gives his best to develop new skills and techniques against each individual opponent.

new cod black ops zombies are out

Certainly it truly is. With this, nearly everybody was preaching about Black Ops Zombies. Call of Duty Black Ops had become the top selling game title in North America history. With the huge buildup this game created it had ignited the undying passion of avid gamers. These guys all scrambled to the retail store to buy the game for their console lacking any hesitation. The game is sold for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox platforms.

If you think about it, just how the world were the developers able to put in these infected taking into consideration that the style of the video game is very modern day and they are a great deal more based on military operations. Black Ops Zombies simply causes it to appear way more along the lines of Resident Evil or L4D. This simply does not even work! Every body sees it, these individuals are only thinking just how this might be brought to you in the game. Rumors have already been confirmed since the "Hardened Edition" that offers text mentioning you can find four specific zombie maps from a past title, particularly Call of Duty World at War. Four of these maps have been upgraded and is now inserted into this brand new game.

Clearly in a highly anticipated launch of something, whether it is a story, movie or in this case a COD title, there will be leaks. It appears like Treyarch has managed to include things like a solid post-game survival mode for the fans. At this point, as opposed to shooting at anonymous Nazi dead zombies, there exists a more cool group in which someone could choose for a shooting spree. You might choose between Richard Nixon, Rober McNamara, Fidel Castro, or JFK while you strive to shelter yourself and the Pentagon. So it will be far more than established, right now there is actually a large wave of zombies pouring in to Black Ops.

Even as it is a superb element to the game, several user reviews truly feel cheated from this. The factor is that they used a previous map on this. They had been just revamped for Black Ops however it was still very similar. To me, this will not be the case. They might have gotten excellent reviews if they put together a new plot getting a whole new range of maps as opposed to just a remake. It made the people feel that all of the developers happen to be a little lazy over it. Well so much for turning out to be the best grossing game in the world. Although there have been a lot of maps specifically for those that purchased it and a new one are going to be released this may, "Escalation".
The Black Ops zombies mode was bundled within the $15 package along with an additional map added. The latest map names are "Zoo", "Hotel", "Convoy", "Stockpile", plus a new zombie map "Call of the Dead".
The Black Ops Zombies is an addition to this cold war which the Cod company have shipped. Additionally, it can also be accessible from the main menu once you currently have a pack. Now we have been thinking about how this addition would have an effect on this combat zone first-person shooting game.
